As of May 31st, 2018, the deadline to submit a registration for existing (phase-in) substances manufactured or imported at above one tonne per year as passed. If this registration obligation applies to your company, and have not completed your submission, as of June 1, you can no longer manufacture or import your substance legally into the EU and the EEA.
