Nexreg Introduces Improved Services & Balances Pricing

To our valued clients,

Nexreg is proud to offer quality, cost-effective services to our clients and has been at pains to ensure that our pricing has remained stable throughout the years. However, due to unforeseen inflation-based increases to our underlying production costs and our commitment to ensuring the highest quality of service, the base price for our services is increasing by an average of 12.7%. This increase will ensure that we are staying current with industry trends and allowing for growth so that we can offer more of the services that our clients need.

These changes will be effective July 22nd, 2024.

All un-expired estimate pricing will be honored. Our discount structure for volume and other incentives remains intact. Increases only affect the base pricing of our services. If you have questions regarding your specific account, please reach out to our client services team. They will be happy to assist you.

So far this year, our investment in growth has allowed for the development and enrichment of several services listed here:

  1. New Service Levels for SDS authoring: A transparent method to provide clients with exactly the experience they want from our SDS authoring services
    • At the preferred level, Nexreg will complete a thorough review of the product details to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Follow-ups will be made regarding missing or inaccurate information with suggested courses of action such as additional testing, supplier interaction, or confirmation of non-hazardous status. Nexreg will proceed based on several assumptions that have been agreed to prior to project initiation. Assumptions may be modified upon client request. Includes an optional consultation with a regulatory expert to discuss how the assumptions impact the final documentation for product types and data sets. Nexreg will confirm how to proceed with the product hazard classification before generating the SDS. Nexreg will provide details about additional information or test data needed to downgrade or rule out product classifications. Includes one (1) hour of complimentary regulatory support for any questions or SDS revisions.
    • Additional levels are offered with discounted pricing.
  2. Project timelines are getting faster
    • We are continuing to ensure that we deliver the projects that our clients need on their schedule. This year we have decreased the average project timeline by 5 business days while continuing to be able to dedicate resources on demand for our RUSH services.
  3. Monitoring – Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and GHS Label
    • Although changes to chemical information do not typically happen frequently, it is important to know when they do come up to maintain compliance. Chemicals are undergoing increasing scrutiny by regulatory bodies; new industry specific lists and data points are being added all the time which can affect chemical product documentation. This service is intended to provide peace of mind since you can count on being informed promptly about changes that affect your product SDSs and GHS labels. Nexreg will monitor the chemicals in your product library against the regulatory lists that affect the information data points in your SDSs and GHS labels. When chemical data is changed or added, you will receive a prompt notification about the update including details about how it affects your hazard communication documents.
  4. New Market Regulatory Analysis / Product Stewardship and Chemical Optimization
    • Nexreg will provide valuable chemical regulatory data for chemical substances to help you make an informed decision when planning to import or sell a substance or product in a new region. This service is intended to provide clients with a regulatory snapshot of all applicable lists and regulations for a specific substance or a product (list of substances) in various global regions. Nexreg can also tailor the regulatory analysis to a specific industry (i.e. paints and coatings, detergents and cleaning products, cosmetics, agriculture). Nexreg will review the product formula against all applicable regulatory lists for a specified region or industry type and provide a detailed summary report. Relevant information regarding any specific substance restrictions or prohibitions will be identified and any action items and next steps for compliance will be included where applicable. Additional product stewardship services are available to our clients through this service. Nexreg can assess the regulatory impact on our clients when changing supplier of raw materials or developing a new formulation.
  5. Volatile organic compound (VOC) compliance consulting (Canada and USA)
    • Nexreg utilizes regulatory compliance experts to review the product details and confirm the level of VOCs present in your product. The applicable VOC product category is determined by reviewing the promotional information and product artwork. A determination if the product is compliant in the requested jurisdiction(s) will be made. A report is generated detailing the VOC product category that applies, the total VOC content, compliance details, and relevant notes. If necessary, the report will detail possible ways to bring the product into compliance such as amendment of label claims, addition of dilution instructions, and in extreme cases recommendations to re-formulate the product (this may increase the consulting time needed to complete the service
